360º Feedback asks your colleagues to answer two questions: (1) How does this
person add value to our organization? (2) How could this person be more
effective? We summarize the responses and send you a report. If you

Complete 360˚ Feedback Process
The
complete 360º Feedback Process includes a 50-item survey listing behaviors that
are key to work success. The people completing your surveys will rate you
on these behaviors using a standard scale. They also answer two narrative
questions: (1) How does this person add value to our organization?
(2) How could this person be more effective?
You will receive a thorough analysis of all survey responses, as
well as the verbatim comments. Your report also includes a workbook to
help you understand and use the results. If you wish, a personal coaching
session can be scheduled with Dr. Marie McIntyre to discuss your results.

Team 360˚ Feedback Process
With team 360º Feedback, all members of a work group or
management team complete the individual 360º Feedback process. Then scores
on the 50 rated items are averaged to create a team profile. The results
can be used to determine team strengths and weaknesses, then develop action
plans to increase group effectiveness.
