Colleague Comments
For a
Colleague Comment Report, you simply supply us with the email
addresses of people from whom you would like some feedback. This can
include your boss, coworkers, direct reports, or higher-level managers. To
preserve confidentiality, the minimum number is five. The maximum number
is 20.
We will send
them an anonymous form which asks two questions: (1) "How does this person add
value?" and (2) "How could this person be more effective?" We then prepare
a report for you which includes all their comments.

Comprehensive 360˚ Feedback Report
The
Comprehensive 360º Feedback Report includes a 50-item survey listing behaviors that
are key to work success. The people completing your surveys will rate you
on these behaviors using a standard scale. They also answer two narrative
questions: (1) How does this person add value to our organization?
(2) How could this person be more effective?
You will receive a thorough analysis of all survey responses, as
well as the verbatim comments. Your report also includes a workbook to
help you understand and use the results.

Team 360˚ Feedback Process
With Team 360º Feedback,
all members of a work group or management team complete the individual 360º
Feedback process. Then scores on the 50 rated items are averaged to create
a team profile. The results can be used to determine team strengths and
weaknesses, then develop action plans to increase group effectiveness.
